Built for fun — leash and fins come in the box with every Classic surfboard

The roof-rack route

A board is a big parcel. Here's how yours gets from the warehouse to your driveway.

Who ships your board

Every order is processed and delivered by the partner store you ordered from. The delivery date, the carrier and the tracking number are shown on that store's order page as soon as the board leaves the warehouse.

Oversized boxes

Surfboards and paddleboards travel in long boxes with corner protection. Some addresses may see a longer delivery window for oversized parcels; the exact estimate appears at checkout.

When the box arrives

  1. Open the box with care — no long blades near the deck.
  2. Check the board, fins, screws and leash are all there.
  3. Keep the packaging for a few days in case you need to send it back.
  4. Leave the board somewhere cool before the first session.

Something missing?

If a part is missing or the box arrived damaged, report it through the partner store's order page; they can arrange a replacement part or return.
