Returns, refunds, replacements and warranty claims are handled by the partner store you bought from. Open your order there and follow their return or problem steps; their policy and time window apply to your order.
Before you pack
- Remove fins and put them, with the screws, in a small bag.
- Coil the leash and tape it to the inside of the box.
- Wrap the nose and tail with card or foam.
- Use the original box where possible.
Not sure it's the board?
Before you return a board for being 'too wobbly' or 'too slow', write to us. Often the fix is a different stance or a fin swap, and we're happy to help you get more out of it.
